  • Does this service cost extra?

    No! There is no extra charge for our service in your neighborhood. Your price is the same as the store price.

  • Do I have to be at home when pick ups and deliveries are made?

    No! Before the service begins a convenient spot to leave your clothes will be agreed upon.

  • How do I pay for my dry cleaning and laundry?

    We can either charge a credit card or we can establish a monthly charge account.

  • Do you do your own dry cleaning and laundry?

    Yes! Arcadia Dry Cleaning and Laundry has been operating its own plant in Phoenix since 1957. Dry cleaning and laundering is performed with modern, state-of-the-art, green equipment and experienced personnel.

  • What time will the driver arrive?

    You will find that the driver is usually in your area at the same time each service day. However, due to the number of customers on our deliver service, we cannot keep individual appointments.

  • Do you provide a pick up bag?

    YES! You will be provided a bag for laundry and a bag for dry cleaning.

  • What if I have a problem or a special request with my order?

    Arcadia Dry Cleaning and Laundry is committed to providing our customers with the best quality and service possible. If you have a special request or a problem, leave a note with your next order or call 602-955-3680. We will respond immediately and do our best to satisfy your needs.

  • What if I don't use the service regularly?

    No Problem! We will keep your account open and stop by when you call us (No later than one day before your scheduled day).

  • Do you take back hangers?

    YES! We provide a free hanger caddie to make this easy for you and your driver. We also recycle hangers and poly bags. Just place them in your pick bag with your clothes.

Besides being good for the environment, this process leaves garments feeling soft and looking like new. Arcadia's chemicals are safe for the environment and your clothes. To add to our goal of being environmentally friendly, we recycle hangers, plastic bags, cardboard, and paper products; and are one of the few Dry Cleaners in Arizona to use bio-degradable poly bags.
